Tobyboy:   Timmy I love it make an example of a few of the politicians including Maliki and maybe you will get rid of corruption by most of the politicians and they will think twice before they steal the peoples money. Iraq needs to set an example hanging a few will do wonders for the country.
 
Nothing else works for these guys then maybe the rest will past some laws that are needed. This is a great article.

The death penalty was suspended in Iraq by then US Central Command chief General Tommy Franks in April 2003, as the US-led coalition invaded the country and toppled Saddam's regime.

The Ministry of Finance announced that the United States' support for Iraq on ready credit and anti-money laundering arrangements.
 
The ministry said in a statement yesterday on the sidelines of a meeting of Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, with US Treasury Secretary Jacob if the number of experts in the US Treasury Department in Washington (United States confirmed the continuation of the support that the United States of Iraq provided directly in the framework of the international financial institutions).
