Donnie: Randy Koonce says what I've said for a year now. "Let me say you cannot have in-Country RV if you think about it how much is a 250 dinar after the RV......................250 it does not change....they only thing that changes is the weight against other currencies and that it to buy good out side of the country.."
 
Donnie: in-country RV has no effect on the Dinar unless someone exchanges their Dinar for another countries currency. However the prices of imported goods should decrease in cost so the people can buy more items for the same Dinar.
