Legal Committee discussed the draft amendment to the Civil Moafat Act No. 83 of 1969 and submitted to the Presidency for a vote. Also studied the ladies and gentlemen members of the committee overseeing the project Judicial Commission Law in addition to the Public Prosecution Act, which he read a second reading as well as discuss the Civil Service Law.

OOTW: The Federal Supreme Court held its, which falls on Tuesday 16 2 2016, considered cases on its agenda. The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar spokesman for the judiciary said that "the Supreme Federal Court postponed consideration of a case, Mr. Osama Abdul Aziz Najafi to challenge the Cabinet's decision to abolish the posts of Vice President of the Republic."
Bayraktar said that "The court also postponed the lawsuit, Mr. Adnan Abdul Khudair Zurfi to cancel decrees Jhurien clinging exemption from the post of the governor of Najaf." As pointed out that "the reason for the delay is to complete the legal procedures," he reported that "a date to consider these Da'oyen been identified 15 of the next month."
