I love this article because it says that in order to move to Article VIII, and freedom of movement of capital, the CBI must raise the level of the banking system and operate with "sophisticated technology" as adopted and preferred by international banks. More importantly, it clearly implies that Article VIII (freedom of movement of capital) will occur in the "coming period." We can only hope that is within a few months. BTW it fits with the IMF statement of 1st half of 2016.
