Dinar Updates Rcookie & Member Chat 2-2-16   Part 3 of 3

clay01 says to subgirl():   If GOI would pass a Government Backed Insurance Program for the depositors, the people may trust the banks more, as it is, the track record of the banks allowing the people to access their money is not very good, IMO

jtank says():   havent they already?

clay01 says to subgirl():   As it is now, it is like a snake eating its own tail, banks need the money the people are holding to pay out, but the people don't want to lose hold of their money if they put it in the banks, which comes first

subgirl says to clay01():   I agree, the banks are not the most trusted nor should they be... there has to be something that they can do to ensure their trust!!
subgirl says to clay01():   I do think it would be good if they passed a depositor law!!
~~~
clay01 says to subgirl():   We had the same problem here in US until the Feds passed FDIC laws, insuring people could get their money when they needed it
subgirl says to clay01():   EXACTLY!! up to $250,000
clay01 says to subgirl():   It has increased over the years, but yes!
subgirl says to clay01():   yep :) they would not start that high in Iraq but you get the idea!!
clay01 says to subgirl():   Absolutly:)
Dinar Investor says():   Parliament is inducing a law where salaries will be automatically deposited in the bank. Forcing citizens to trust the banks anyways. People will want their money in the bank if CBI is offering 18% interest rates. Plus will help with the RV by pulling in more money off the streets. AND finally the CBI would have enough money from customers to end the auctions and end corruption as everything will be electronic :)
clay01 says to Dinar Investor():   I would be cautious saying will end corruption, crooks will find new ways of stealing money, just more hi-tech crooks, lol
Baxter1243 says():   I am still waiting for Parliament to address the Amnesty law... which they have seem to have set aside for months now.... yet it was supposed to be done by the end of last year..
Dinar Investor says to clay01():   Yup like those atm skimmers
subgirl says to Baxter1243():   I think there was amendments to be made if I understand that correctly!
Baxter1243 says():   yes.. and they havent been
Baxter1243 says():   nor..the Natl Guard law..
subgirl says to Baxter1243():   well lets wait and see what happens here today and Thurs. :)
clay01 says to Baxter1243():   Why, and I am asking, is the Amnesty Law important for us, how does it affect an RV?
Baxter1243 says():   they arent on the schedule..
Dinar Investor says():   I'm thinking they are playing a politcal stalmate with the law to pass them in a basket I feel that alot of those important laws intermingle each other thus would need to be passed together. Just my opinion and food for thought.
Baxter1243 says():   Dinar Investor.. most likely...
subgirl says to Baxter1243():   Remember they meet lots of times behind closed doors and we do not even know it til it is over... :)
subgirl says to Baxter1243():   and some of the laws are in the budget... :)
Baxter1243 says():   yes..but those laws were headline news at the end of the year... then the had them on the agenda for mid January.. then they moved them to a Thursday.. then on thursday. they decided to cancel parliament until today...
rcookie says():   ONE OF THE LAWS BEING LOOKED AT IN PARLIAMENT TODAY IS THE DEFENSE UNIVERSITY MILITARY STUDIES LAW...
WHICH DEALS WITH PROGRAMS OFFERED AT ARMY WAR COLLEGE GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM...IN BAGHDAD...
WHICH HAS A SECTION CALLED "IRAQS CENTER FOR MILITARY VALUES AND PRINCIPLES"...
WHICH FOCUSES IRAQI MILITARY OFFICERS ON "HUMANITARIAN LAW"...
AND HAS MOU'S WITH THE INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE RED CROSS AND THE NATIONAL SUPREME COMMISSION FOR INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW...
AND IMPLEMENT ITS CULTURE & PRACTICES TO THE FIELD OF IRAQI ARMED FORCES...
PROTECT & SAFEGUARD INDIVIDUALS OPERATING IN MILITARY ZONES & OPERATIONS...
STUDY OF THE 4 GENEVA CONVENTIONS...& 1ST AND 2ND PROTOCOLS...
Dinar Investor says():   I'm so excited like a kid in a candy store though! Also partially like a kid on a long car ride, "Are we there yet? I have to pee!!" (lol) Once the RV happens of course
subgirl says to Baxter1243():   Remember too IMF is in control!
subgirl says to Dinar Investor():   :D
rcookie says():   Besides the principles of values, military principles, psychological warfare and how to boost fighters’ morale, they also learned methods of distinction and balance in noninternational conflicts and combat.”
Participants learned how to put forth plans to protect and handle noncombatants during conflict.
Baxter1243 says():   Im so excited... Im goin fishin... see ya... by the way Subby... 85 degrees pure sunshine today...
subgirl says to Baxter1243():   lucky duck! go have fun and think of me when you catch your first fish lol lol
rcookie says():   “The center has prepared a training program with specific terms and standards for spreading the culture of international humanitarian law in accordance with international standards.
This will be put into effect upon completion of the officers’ training at the International Humanitarian Institute. It will then be presented to the authorities to obtain the proper approvals.
Once this is achieved, it will be included in the Military Training Memorandum for the next phase. The largest possible number of officers will then be trained on this law.
Thus, they will contribute to an important part of Iraq’s fulfillment of its international commitments to conduct training on this international humanitarian law.”
clay01 says to rcookie():   Was that at the request of the IMF?
subgirl says to rcookie():   (y) very nice! Pretty intense I would say and I like that!!
rcookie says to clay01():   NOT THAT I HAVE READ...AS THEY HAVE BEEN ENGAGED WITH THIS PROGRAM SINCE 2014..
subgirl says to rcookie():   wow! that is a long time then...
clay01 says to rcookie():   International compliance then, great
clay01 says to rcookie():   Seems to me that Iraq is tie-ing up a lot of loose strings, maybe invisible strings to us, but necessary for them to get things done
rcookie says():   I KNOW I DONT WANNA BE A FISH IN BAXTERS NECK OF THE WOODS IF IRQI PARLIAMENT NOT ACTING....
subgirl says to clay01():   I agree and think you are correct!
rcookie says to clay01():   HANG ON...GOT SOMETHING BIG...
subgirl says to rcookie():   :D
rcookie says to subgirl():   NOT EASY BEING A FISH..
subgirl says to rcookie():   lol (lol)
clay says():   my convo w/Randy Koonce
clay says():   [2/1/2016 3:55:58 PM] clay: hey Randy hope with this RV is fading
[2/1/2016 3:56:11 PM] clay: any good news besides ink
[2/1/2016 3:56:24 PM] clay: hope all is well w/ya
[2/1/2016 5:49:46 PM] Randy Koonce: Why is it fading it is just getting to the end
clay01 says to rcookie():   Can't say as I would like to find out,lol
tman23 says():   6 weeks ago there was chatter of Finance Minister Zebari being replaced......That chatter was followed by the reply from the KRG, specifically Barzani.....
He said that by law Kurdistan is due 17%......that 17% includes, 17% Kurd members in positions of the GOI, 17% of the federal budget and 17% military positions......
Abadi had already released 2 Kurdish military commanders from the Iraq military which set of the KRG......They warned Abadi about replacing Zebari, (eliminating another Kurd)....
Sunday we see that the HEADS of the KRG visited Baghdad....... Afterwards a press release that Zebari was taking off for 2 months, heading to London for an operation.....(at least it isn't a stroke !! LOL!)......
The timing of this is very, very, suspicious......Zebari was said to be a replacement for Jaffari the current Foreign Minister in chatter, which was Zebari's old minister position.......
There is something more to this than an operation in London.....
larrykn says():   I find it funny that we look for others to tell us what is going on when all we have to do is read the news in here, everything anyone knows are in these articles that are coming out, for me I don't need someone to tell me we are close or this or that has to be done, its all here in black and white, or red and blue :D
clay01 says to clay():   Good, can't complain to much, :)
clay says to larrykn():   I startwed w/him and always respected him
tman23 says():   Member of the parliamentary Finance Committee recommended Haitham al-Jabouri, Tuesday, commissioned Minister technocrats to manage the Finance Ministry, arguing that the current Minister Hoshyar Zebari to leave in this sensitive time "big mistake", the right to interrogate the latter.
Al-jubouri said in statement received that "the Minister of Finance on leave for two months at this sensitive time big mistake, due to the financial crisis requires the presence of all and the search for viable solutions and fast out of them", the recommendation "Minister Ministry administration technocrats who enjoys teamwork and openness to the professionals".
larrykn says():   clay I wasn't talking about randy but it just hit me that everyone needs to ask what is going on , your post just made me think about it :)
clay says to larrykn():   thanks buddy gm
clay says to tman23():   thanks
larrykn says():   gm buddy :)
clay01 says to clay():   I like to hear what some of the "boots on the ground" are saying, it sometimes either confirms or negates what the articles are saying, gives perspective, IMO
clay says to clay01():   same here buddy :)
rcookie says():   OK.....ANOTHER LAW ON PARLIAMENTS AGENDA TODAY IS CALLED "Law on Commercial Agency No. 51 of 2000 Act"...
WHICH DOESNT SOUND ALL TOO EXCITING UNTIL YOU READ WHAT ITS ABOUT.........HERE IS SOME OF THE LANGUAGE AND ILL PUT THE LINK TO THE PDF TO READ IN ITS ENTIRETY...
rcookie says():   http://ift.tt/1Pxs4FL
http://ift.tt/1Pxs4W1
larrykn says():   rcookie this is about licenseing and montoring commercal business, that seems very important to me
rcookie says():   NOT COPYING...BUT 24 ARTICLES REALTED TO COMMERCIAL LICENSING...AND EVEN FEES..PENALTIES AND FINES DEFINITIONS...THINK THIS IS ELEVANT IF YOU ARE SETTING UP BUSINESS IN IRAQ......
rcookie says to larrykn():   EXACTLY....HUGE!!
jtank says():   need laws
subgirl says to rcookie():   WOW that is very good! thank you for sharing :)
