Nadita says(): larrykn... the tariff is activated and being charged to the citizens at the border for goods.. so the revenue/profit sharing is distributed through qi card.. if it is paid in dinar and the goods price don't change much.. so meaning a dinar is a dinar in Iraq
Nadita says(): if there is price change and skyrocketed.. there will be civil undrest in Iraq and it's not so meaning the price doesn't change much because the price has been adjusted to the new rate

AND THEY HAVE VOLUNARILY REDUCED THEIR PRICING IN ANTICIPATION OF THE NEWLY PRICED IMPORTS HITTING THE SHELVES..
SO THE IRAQI PRODUCTS ARE PERCEIVED AS EVEN GREATER VALUE IN COMPARISON...
