What do you suppose the CBI has been meeting about today....what can be on their mind.....theories should be alive here today....not really seeing much of anything on this
I seem to remember Frank indicating earlier that he might post more later this evening.....but if there isn't any interest.....maybe he should wait until Monday's CC.
What could be so paramount on the mind of the CBI officials to be meeting this weekend.....is it a timing issue.....or are they just talking about Spring Break and where they are going to take their families
I'm reflecting back in my mind on some things that Frank mentioned

Who has the CBI been watching with prying eyes.......why are they watching so intently....and what has stirred them to some kind of a meeting today that is off the radar screen

Christine Lagarde is voted to stay at the IMF for the next 5 years so the IMF is ready. It is believe that the banks have the lower dinars so that is ready.
CBI have until the end of February by several articles but Iran is threating to go International with there currency. Abadi stated that he would have everything done in a year. Well March 3rd is really important to Abadi.
The thing I have been taught that the middle east will get it done at the very last second. Of course this is in my opinion. So one of these nights we will wake up and find that the dinar has a rate

DELTA told us the CBI was bringing their Director level executives in
That doesn't happen on a lark....it has to be something big....really big....IOO
Then last night we heard that indeed they are starting meetings, as of today
Those Directors.....have a REASON they need to meet
Maybe they needed to strategize on a few things
Maybe they needed to be told of some changes
Maybe they had to vote on certain key issues
So.....will we know the results right away......not today....as we've witnessed nothing forthcoming.....maybe not tomorrow
We know from what Frank has said that intel will be tight until they get this MR thing done
Maybe there is a CBI stew cooking at this moment.....we are only a few hours....less than 48 hours from the Monday night CC
Take this action of the CBI to God in prayer....a corporate prayer.....that whatever it is they do.....they do so judiciously and with greatest expedience.....can you do that.....then bring your ears and thinking caps to the Monday CC....each week these have been getting bigger and bigger and I have no reason to doubt this Monday will be any different.....maybe use some Zeke tape on your socks Aloha Randy

What is Article 30......here is one source that has it in the middle of Economic, Social and Cultural Liberties
Article 30:
First: The State shall guarantee to the individual and the family - especially
children and women – social and health security, the basic requirements for living
a free and decent life, and shall secure for them suitable income and appropriate
housing.
Second: The State shall guarantee social and health security to Iraqis in cases of
old age, sickness, employment disability, homelessness, orphanhood, or
unemployment, shall work to protect them from ignorance, fear and poverty, and
shall provide them housing and special programs of care and rehabilitation, and
this shall be regulated by law.
Sounds like the State needs to get off their duff and do more with regards to the security of the individual....securing an income and better housing.....taking better care of those in need......wonder what would help that in a big...big way.....a rate maybe.....bringing about international status that would be an impetus for investors to maybe run over each other to get a piece of the lucrative Iraqi cream pie that is rich in so many good things......which door do you choose investors.....oil, minerals, construction...and the list goes on and on.
Remember Frank spoke of Dr. S and Maliki this week.....he's saying that Dr. S isn't afraid of M at this point......M is becoming a deflated puppet...and remember who the "master" is these days.....we have returned.
