Over the course of many years, Frank has included a lot of information about Dr. Shabibi. Last December, Frank's CC discussed Shabibi's RI plan of perhaps starting out at a 40 cent rate to RV New Years at $1.00.
We heard a lot about "1,2,3" which included Shabibi. As recently as March/April, Frank had reason to believe that Allak had resigned and that we were awaiting Dr. Shabibi's speech. Check your notes on the CCs to confirm all of this.
Today, we learn that Shabibi is in Switzerland, and that Ghost hasn't protected him in a "long, long time" and we shouldn't question Frank. Reasonable people do question some of the Intel because we want to have a better understanding to the extent that's possible.
In hindsight, what is now publicly known?
The IMF, the CBI, PM Abadi, and Zebari were meeting and agreeing to the LOI last December. That's what actually was going on. There was none of this "Everyone was expecting the RV on New Years Eve." That's why I posted "No one was expecting the RV New Years." Everyone was in fact working on the plan for the Monetary Reform for the first half of 2016.
The LOI spelled out the required steps required by the IMF. The CBI needed to restructured their banks. In April, Jack Lew got involved with Iraq's Monetary Reform.
The IMF, WB backed by the UST are looking to loan Iraq money. Bonds are also being discussed. A better credit rating is on the table for discussion. The IMF wants the GOI to reduce their budget for this year and presumably next year as well.
The IMF's review of Iraq's progress is going on this week. We await the results of those meetings.
Given what is publicly known, we are expectant of the IMF approving Article VIII compliance as the CBI RVs, the loans are granted, and the reconstruction phase for Iraq begins.
Reconstruction phase is going to require an internationally tradable currency in order to pay for the needed imports.
We will be hearing more about this as the plan for the second half of 2016 into 2017 evolves.

I come here today to plead with all of the "gurus" to please stop putting out this misinformation that leads people to feel that you know something that you don't. I have been inundated with calls almost every day for months, or maybe years trying to figure out if what one of you are saying is true and should they go park at the banks. Seriously, this has caused so much harm to some very good people.
Why not go with this? Unless you have been called to come to exchange, don't put out actual dates and times that this is happening. When the people read this, they set themselves up for a big let down.
YOU DON'T KNOW THE DATE AND YOU DON'T KNOW THE TIME AND YOU CERTAINLY DON'T KNOW THE RATE! This is coming, but when? I don't know and even if I did, unless it was time to act, I would not post it on blogs, sites, Skype rooms. Why? Because things change.
The Chinese do not operate like we do. We plan as far out as this week. The Chinese go in 100 year plans... They make moves and then wait to see how that worked. If that worked ok, then they go a little further and see how that works, etc.....
I beg of you people to please disregard any post or call that gives you dates, times, rates, bank procedures, etc. We will be told what to do when this happens and you will find out then, and only then...
Sure, there are signs that we look for, but those signs have come and gone with no movement of the value and no major announcement. All of the stars have to align for this to happen and when it does, be ready, but do not put your life on hold....
Just understand, I come to you with faith that you will take me at these words and understand that the Blessing is upon us ... but it could be a while yet or it may be processing now, who knows? The people in charge of it..

God, with the help of the Elders are providing you a starting point. The simplicity of this exchange still is there. Do not fear what others are telling you.
The USCORP has been dismantled. three letter agencies have been restructured with no more power. Yes we have a temporary military controlled government for it is necessary for a peaceful transition .
We are all a part of the plan. The so called timeline with its in and outs has sped up out of necessity but also because we have become more cohesive.
Yes, it has taken longer to get to RV/GCR but today the 15th of May is a major transition as we get ready to receive our blessing. The wheels are in motion. There is nothing in its way.
The Elders have always wanted a peaceful transition.with full disclosure, the Republic and NESARA now to be sooner than later.
The month of May will definitely be a turning point. It is professed that this summer between the summer solstice and fall is to be forth coming with all sorts good things
The summer will also see major changes in multiple governments and changes in the overall structure of our markets and the way the world does business.
Remember, the stock market was the creation of the Families and can be destroyed just as fast….like our government, a corporation, businesses are pyramids that can come tumbling down. Yes ,the works have started and the pocketbook was the start.

Like Yosef reminded us that astrology, numerology, horoscopes, calendars play a major part of the makeup of the Chinese way of life but I would also say All people also follow in some form of the above.
