1. Iraq HAS to have an Internationally recognized currency
WellWell” Conernerstone-- Seems to me Iraq "turn on" international currency when they are given the word.
Cornerstone: WellWell, I agree, but they can't be strung along forever. The Iraqis will riot and the whole thing will melt down
WellWell: I don't know much about the Kuwait"RV" - but wasn't there a "negative" atmosphere.. and then they went the next day? or something like that?

Maybe that is correct, and maybe it is not correct. And why do I stated this?
Because, we heard from certain folks about the need for security long before there was ISIS/ISIL.
IMO, security could very well refer to financial security. The change in value of the IQD will be an electronic event outside of Iraq. Inside of Iraq an 1 IQD will still be equal to 1 IQD.
