1glen says(): Talking with a member here yesterday and talking about how so much has been done. To me it doesn’t make good sense to delay changing of the rate another second.
So instead of saying what has been done, what reasons would they not change the value of their currency at the beginning of the year? NOW ! ! ! Thank you in advance for helping me to understand.

Agriculture will take at least a year or two... fish farms... well fish dont grow very fast either... thats all well and good and will surely help...but its not going to help this year...
