Millionday: A government source revealed on Saturday that the government decided to raise the interest rate on deposit money in banks to 18%, attributing this to help the government in overcoming the financial crisis.+
The source said in an interview with "Sky Press," that "the government has issued several proposals to address the financial crisis experienced by the country, and decided to raise the interest rate on deposit money in banks to 18%."

In his speech at the National Conference of decentralization today the US ambassador in Baghdad, Stuart Jones emphasized the US government's efforts through the "progress", funded by the United States Agency for International Development to promote corporate governance in order to support the Iraqi government in the actions taken regarding decentralization.
