Baghdad balance news - The planning Ministry said Tuesday that the share of Basra of petrodollars – being free 2016 amount to 453 billion and 647 million dinars, with conservative allocations will be reported within the regions development 96 billion and 355 million dinars.
According to the Ministry's information Office statement received Agency/news/balance "discussed with the Ministry of local Government of Basra province during a meeting chaired by Undersecretary for technical Affairs,

This will be the quickest way to liquidity for banks...... The CBI is going to cover the GOI shortfalls for a period of 6 months.......basically 4 billion per month.......
So in the 6 month period and Iran sanctions lifted........construction and import supplies should begin to flow and start generating a market with stability.... If the investment does not come....... and oil remains low....it is big trouble in paradise !!
