Friends, what they're Waiting On, is for MOSUL to be secure....... AND OIL to move upward out of the 30's. These (2) things simultaneously.....That's All there is.
MOSUL must be taken and secure, before a FULL In-Country rate is released......and then a FULL INTERNATIONAL RATE, is announced.
Notice, the importance of the word: FULL.
I know nobody wants to hear this, but it's going to take a few weeks......for these pieces and SECURITY to come together, and an INTERNATIONAL RATE announced - which is all anyone outside Iraq, cares about.......

There are changes for mid- month but still can change at any time during the month. Also, I believe that last month posted that Zimbabwe was added but I see no evidence of it.
Something to remember that this sheet and numbers are markers for the UST and actually can be changed anytime during the month if warranted.

IKO WARD: Hi all. There are now 50 tankers in the northern Persian Gulf clustered near three separate super ports. They wouldn't do this if they were not set up and waiting for letters of credit to take on cargo. Looking good!
Sanctions supposed to be lifted tomorrow. At 80K per day they aren't there sport fishing.
Iran goes when they all go. Isn't interesting they became the #1 indicator?
