Firefly anybody that thinks the Paris Club, IMF, WB will settle for 5 cents better go back into hibernation. This is a plan and the plan doesn't include 5 cents.
They want their money and they want it now! 5 cents isn't going to cut it, sorry.

They are preparing for something...and the citizens just as much as members of the GOI are confused...which is a Good sign IMO...because a neutral event would not call for secrecy and confusion.

National Investment Commission announced on Thursday predicted its chairman Sami al-Araji, a representative of the Republic of Iraq with the International Center for settlement of Investment Disputes (oxide) Settlement of Investment between the states and the citizens in the US capital conflicts agreement (Washington).
And authorized source said in a statement responded to Twilight News, he said that the signing ceremony was attended by Legal Advisor Team Leader oxide Malanka Kostadinova and the Iraqi ambassador in Washington Luqman Feeli and a number of embassy staff and officials from the World Bank and others guests.
The source added that according to Article 68 (2) of the Convention on the oxide will take effect for the benefit of Iraq this Agreement from the date of 12.17.2015.

A commission of economy and investment plans for new parliamentary Central Bank intends to implement is to issue less cash currency of category 250 dinars, and a new edition to the category of 500 dinars. "
Said committee member Najiba Najib said in a statement seen by the agency of our economy news that "the central bank has new plans to issue a new currency less than the category of the 250 Iraqi dinars to fill the Iraqi market needs, as well as to issued a new edition of the Currency 500 dinars category."
The bank CBI had announced earlier issued a new banknote fifty thousand Dinars category in order to complete the Iraqi Securities monetary structure, and the development of high value in the trading category.
