BGG: which tells me - PLAINLY - they are moving ahead with reforms - at full speed.
BGG: what does this do?? It seals off a Maliki third term... should he somehow evade all the pitfalls between here and there - term limits would effectively kill any chance he would have for a third term as PM.

BGG: not that I think he will survive (politically) that long - but should he, they are limiting all terms now. Had they done THIS ONE THING long ago - there would have been no ISIS. No Anbar... no crisis - Maliki would have had no option... or big need to reshuffle the voting electorate/districts...

BGG vision2: that was likely from a News Feed out of North Africa - maybe Somalia - going by the context of most of the other articles. Hard to say (BTW, that would explain the good grammar and English syntax - proper English is spoken there) - however, just like I said earlier... I don't believe it... (and I plainly made notation on the piece). When this happens for real - it will be everywhere - PDQ!!

Allaq said in a press statement obtained by the news that the Iraq economy agency owns the reserve currency, what will avoid falling into severe economic crisis, or inability of the State to provide salaries and cover projects ", pointing out that" Iraq reserves estimated at more than 1, 500 percent. "
