Donnie: Randy Koonce says what I've said for a year now. "Let me say you cannot have in-Country RV if you think about it how much is a 250 dinar after the RV......................250 it does not change....they only thing that changes is the weight against other currencies and that it to buy good out side of the country.."
Donnie: in-country RV has no effect on the Dinar unless someone exchanges their Dinar for another countries currency. However the prices of imported goods should decrease in cost so the people can buy more items for the same Dinar.

*SCZIN11: The voice of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Saturday, to nominate Judge ultra Zidane behind the slave head of the Federal Court of Cassation.
A parliamentary source said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The House of Representatives voted during its fifth session of the second legislative term of the second legislative year, which was held today, the judge ultra Zidane behind the slave head of the Federal Court of Cassation."
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "Voting is a majority." The Iraqi Council of Representatives held on Saturday, its fifth session of the second legislative term of the second legislative year, headed by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 240 deputies, while the agenda of the meeting included voting on bills and discuss three bills and retrieve money smuggled out of Iraq.

Ok just dropping a note on what I am looking for in the thing..... the tariffs have not yet been collected... but they are saying in the paper that they have enacted them.. I am not sure how long that can go on but I am sure not to long......
So it looks like the Tariffs will be happening in a short while... They will not collect tariffs without RV....
Everybody should feel good because of the pressure Iraq needs to collect the tariffs. Second thing Barzani has not been paid and he has been in Baghdad to get paid, At some point in time which the Paper is saying Barzani is going to receive payment this weekend or early week...
