This as an absolute 100% factual report given to me by a trusted friend who I have mentored into the RV opportunity. He wanted to buy some more VND and asked the best way to go about purchasing. I told him that I the last time that I had purchased any VND (a few months ago) I simply went to a local Chase branch (Dallas TX area) and ordered it. It took a couple of days then I went back and picked it up.
He called a few minutes ago from the bank to report that he had ordered his VND and to his surprise it seemed that everyone in the branch was aware of the RV. They were eager to help him and told him that the branch would be an exchange center.
He also said that many of the tellers and even the WM there at the branch are invested in the VND and that the WM held both VND and Dinar and that they were just waiting and watching like the rest of us and that when it hapened they would be there to help.
That's my story...and I'm stickin to it! TIOLI

The Chicago Stock Exchange said a Chinese investor group agreed to acquire it, giving the buyer entry into the intensely competitive U.S. equity market.
Chongqing Casin Enterprise Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the company, according to a statement Friday, which didn’t give financial terms. The exchange said the deal is expected to close in the second half of the year, though that will require regulatory approval.
“We’re a good fit. Our strategy is something they like and is consistent with theirs,” Chicago Stock Exchange Chief Executive Officer John Kerin said in a phone interview. “We provide technology and we’re a standalone, full-service exchange that they can grow in a manner that suits their needs.”
The Chicago Stock Exchange -- a subsidiary of CHX Holdings Inc. -- is minority-owned by a group including E*Trade Financial Corp., Bank of America Corp., Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., according to the company. ........

I don't know, but "peaceful coexistence" between all parties, yes, not specifically calling it the "national reconciliation" but "document" all agreed on in faith, this could to be it, or very close to becoming it.
Regardless, all sides have agreed on it for security & stability in Iraq. Very big IMO
