As a first step, the government will, by end-February 2016, amend the Investment Law, or issue clarifying implementing regulations, to remove the limitation on transfer of investment proceeds that gives rise to an exchange restriction, as recommended by a recent technical assistance mission of the IMF.

The IMF’s transparency policy allows for the deletion of market-sensitive information and premature disclosure of the authorities’ policy intentions in published staff reports and other documents.

Thunderhawk: Iran, Italy to ink cooperation agreements today
Minister of Agricultural Jihad Mahmoud Hojjati said here on Tuesday that Iran and Italy are set to ink three cooperation agreements today.
Hojjati made the remarks in a meeting with his visiting Italian counterpart Maurizio Martina.
He added the agreements will be inked in the fields of promoting agricultural machinery technology, food industry and empowering the private sector.
'Iran and Italy enjoy good relations in agricultural areas and the activists of the two countries are fully aware of each other's potentials,' he said.
He also advised the private sectors of the two countries to do their best to get acquainted with the economic potentials of each other.

wmawhite Using this as an example, when the cards inside of Iraq are "loaded" in IQD it does not make any difference what the value of the IQD is IF the cards are being used solely inside Iraq.
Q: [...are they loading the cards for people outside of Iraq that lives in another country?]
Wmawhite: Correct, and that is what we are expecting within the 1st half of 2016.

Pookie: 1.Iraq is being assisted by the US troops to deal with the militia and the bad guys.
2. Iraq is completing some things and doing the final sweep/cleanup on ISIS which began in January while waiting for Iran's mandates from the IMF.
3. Then Iraq and Iran will be qualified for the RV
Note: Iraq and Iran have to have a revalued currency by sometime in March to qualify for full WTO membership
They would normally need 90 days but can start the RV and after 60 days submit the application to the WTO which takes WTO 30 days into June when WTO reviews full memberships
Iraq can go at anytime but I think they are really stalling until they get the militias under control and Iran is also ready. My opinion only
