The Council resolution 392 for the year 2015 based on what introduced by the Department of Foreign Economic Relations in the Ministry of Commerce.

Butifldrm: But it appears just like from previous articles that just like some economists suggested that Iraq could devalue the currency to meet the budget
Abraham: Iraq has to be non dependent on oil. They need to develop a manufacturing industry, argiculture and service sector. Have a niche become the Puerto Rico of the Middke East by specializing in phatmacutical products

Butifldrm: It makes me wonder the intelligence of the people supposedly running the show
Abraham: They can't depend on oil forever
Butifldrm: The only way that devaluing the currency could help Iraq is if they were an exporter nation
