I went to a mall today in Arlington . the currency rep told me that dinar from sterling was no good because they were selling counterfeit dinar, and would be glad to send it in to check it. I kindly smile and said anyone that do that is crazy to release their funds to get news " you get nothing in return all bad"

chattels: The lack of political will and absence of any consensus continues to plague Iraq. It appears that Abadi is restructuring his political base in an effort to support / pass his re forms.
I expect that we will witness a change in the legislative process. My thinking is that Abadi will abandon the consensus approach and is preparing to legislate by a majority vote. It appears that he will and maybe must establish the necessary political will through a majority.
The key will be, IMO , how many Sunni and Kurds he can convince to ally with him. His own party is fractured and at odds with itself.

chattels: Newspaper, Saudi life, on Sunday, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi discussed with the religious authority in Najaf yesterday the formation of a political front made up of 200 seats in parliament.
The newspaper said in a report on its issue today, "The meetings focused on the importance of forming a broad political front to pass Political reforms proposed by Abadi that, "indicating that" al-Abadi seeks to that the number of seats that front up to two hundred, at least, includes chest Tiare and Hakim, and a Sunni forces, in addition to part of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc.
"The newspaper pointed out that" the pressures faced by Abadi, necessitated his quest to receive the support of al-Sistani in a direct form, especially that against him Front led by al-Maliki and the group of lawmakers in the «rule of law», backed by a group of influential armed Shiite factions in the political decision-making, and finally sought its attempts to overthrow the government.

chattels: I will be interesting to see what part of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc is interested / supportive. I expect that it will be Gorran ( Mustafa ) and some of the PKU ( Talabani ) as opposed to the KDP ( Barzani ).
chattels: The current divisiveness in the KRG will hurt the overall Kurdish cause in the budget / oil and gas negotiations I believe.

I AM CONVINCED PERSONALLY THAT RATE WILL BE CLOSE TO $3.00 PLUS. THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY BUT BASED ON STATEMENTS MADE BY SHABIBI AND HE IS STILL THE ONLY IRAQI THAT I CAN SAY NEVER LIED TO THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ AND US IN MY 12 YEARS OF FOLLOWING."
