forcing them at the same time to apply the anti- money laundry laws and it'll also pull back into the CBI the smaller notes which will eventually raise the dinar exchange rate for us and more purchasing power for the Iraqi people IMO

The central bank announced the imposition of fines against banks amounted to 400 billion dinars
