The House voted unanimously during its meeting held on Monday (2/11/2015) on the return of all the powers granted to Ebadi to the original destination as the House of Representatives voted to prevent the executive and judicial branches of the use of his powers.
WHAT THAT IS SAYING IS ON NOV 2 THEY VOTED FOR ABADI TO KEEP ALL HIS POWERS AND HE IS THERE TO STAY, ALONG WITH HIS REFORMS

chattels: The point is, IMO, that Abadi cannot usurp the powers of the Parliament or the Judiciary. He cannot dictate or by " executive order " as some pundits have stated accomplish his reforms. Everyone says that they support the reforms, but due legal process must be observed. To complicate the foregoing it appears that there is no consensus upon that process, IMO.

chattels: Publically all want to appear to support the demands of the people and the Abadi reforms, but clandestinely, at least the State of Coalition, does not agree and continues to support Maliki, IMO.
