I have gone through it and because of it, have become fairly prepared in order to take care of my invalid mother and myself. I live in earthquake country and they are saying if the big one hits it could be 14 to 21 days before First Responders can help. So we are as prepared as can be. Looking at a little Honda generator next.

[Jester] DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES sign any document which treats your exchange as a "currency investment" or you will wind up paying as much as 39.5% in taxes! "Currency Investments" will being taxed as Capital Gains

[Jester] The tax advice they give in paragraph number two is incorrect. There is no 39.5% tax. The rate is 39.6% and the contemplated transaction will not be taxed as a capital gain no matter what you want to call it.

Your drinking buddy might not be the best choice either. Having a solid and respectable team in place will act as your buffer that protects your assets now and in the future.



Do you know how to protect your assets against all threats and know exactly how to protect your estate in case you die or become incapacitated? If you answered yes, you probably did not bother playing the lottery.



DO NOT Let your debts remain in place. If you get the “I’m rich and don’t have to pay anymore” bug, you might be dooming yourself. Whether you take the lump-sum or the annuity option, if you have a single penny of debt in the immediate future and distant future, then something is seriously wrong.



For that matter, you should not have a single debt ever again. If you manage to go broke down the road and still have a mortgage, car payments, student loans, credit card debt and personal bills, all of your friends and family members should get to spank or ridicule you every day for the rest of your life.



DO NOT Become the generous high-roller, living the life. If you go from living a simple life to instantly being able to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars (or more) per week, what do you think happens to your expectations in life ahead?



Chances are high that you will want more of the same. If you start gambling in Las Vegas and are not happy until you are gambling with hundreds of thousands of dollars (or more) per play, you are dooming yourself.



Wait until the real con men find you. Taking you and your favorite 50 people on a luxury cruise around the world can become very expensive, very fast.



DO NOT Buy everything for everyone, or even for yourself. Do not go out and buy dozens of cars, followed by houses and whatever else, for you and your friends and family members.



This will start you on a bad path, and you could easily become the next friends and family personal welfare department.



If you start buying everything for everyone, chances are high that they might expect that to last forever. You do not have to be a cheapskate, but after hearing a personal story of someone buying more than 30 cars and multiple houses in three months it is just crazy.



DO NOT Say to heck with a budget. Maybe it sounds crazy that you have to live within means when you get empire-making money. After all, you are now wealthier than everyone you know combined.



This also goes back to having advisors and being prudent, but at the end of the day you do still have a finite sum of money. Chances are very high that you will make some serious purchases and your lifestyle will be changed forever.



Without setting limits for yourself and for what you do with others is a recipe for disaster. Again. most lottery winners go broke.



DO NOT Become the business backer for all your friends and family. One common theme that has come up with lottery winners (and judgment winners) who suddenly get vast sums of cash is that their friends and family start pitching them on endless business ideas.



Sure, some will sound great and some will sound crazy. If someone has no knowledge of a particular business and does not know what it takes to actually run a business, will they do better because a lottery winner who lucked into vast wealth gave them money to start it? If your answer is yes, you seriously need to protect yourself (from yourself).



DO NOT Give away the whole enchilada. This is probably not the case for the vast majority of lottery players, but some people might want to give away just about all of their money to a charity or to their religious institution.



You can be generous without doing the unthinkable. Imagine what you will feel like down the road when a serious crisis arises in your life or your family’s life, knowing that you no longer had the means to change it. Should you be charitable? Absolutely! Should you give it all away? Absolutely not!



DO NOT Get celebrity and athlete envy. Keeping up with the Jonses is bad enough, but definitely do not try to keep up with the Kardashians or other celebrities. It may seem cool to own a 200-foot yacht. It may seem practical that certain celebrities have an entourage, or to have a film crew following you around. It may seem cool owning castles in Europe.



Owning an original Picasso painting sure sounds impressive. Having a big new private jet makes sense for a lot of people. Trying to dodge taxes might even sound appealing to misguided people.



Now go add up the price tags of these things, plus the cool cars and houses and the rest of it. You can go broke real quick. Just ask people like Nicolas Cage, Wesley Snipes, MC Hammer, Evander Holyfield and many other famous people who had it all and ended up broke how they feel about things.



DO NOT Think that laws and decency standards no longer apply. It is true that the wealthier you get, the better attorneys and legal defense you can afford.



That being said, living a reckless life without concerns about the laws of the land will not keep you from going to prison (or worse).



Movies often glamorize scoundrels, but what good does it do you if you are incredibly wealthy and such a pariah that no one will associate with you?



Remember, you don’t get to take any of it with you.

They have been given the rates and they are even higher than they were before. For the record, I don't have anything against anyone using a group, that is your choice. Do I think you can do just as good on your own, without the restrictions that they are going to ask you for. Yes...

The long awaited National Meeting is going on in Baghdad today, as many as 400 have been reported in attendance.



Unity of Iraq looks to be underway with the signing of the Honor document which has been said to solve all Iraq's crisis included but not limited to the demonstrators demands.



We have seen the political stability with Najafi, Maliki and Barzani agreeing on the 7 points back in April with the following being implemented since then: Chapter VII restrictions moved to Chapter VI Article 140 - payments to all beneficiaries Contractors payments going out to all provinces, part of HCL Provinces receiving $5 dollars per barrel from their normal $1, that is part of the HCL as well.



They are on the very last steps for full accession into the WTO. and much much more but with the National Meeting and Honor Document uniting Iraq we should really be at the last step of our journey together too!



With Iraq now wanting to pay Kuwait in full they should have all their frozen assets returned and the real wealth revealed as they re-enter the global economy!

The bigger pic isn't who the person is but is the information accurate? Doesn't matter whether they can spell or not, if they're in the mountains or on the beach. I don't care. I just want to know if the info is correct. I don't understand the whole argument. I've said we're not going to let 10-15 people ruin it for 15,000 people. We'll delete everyone of them and we'll move on. All of these personal attacks is not what TNTDinar is about. It's not why we came over here. This is a team working together, finding the best info we can.



It's about the information, not about you, me or anybody else. Discuss if you believe the content of the information, not if somebody can spell or not. If you give a little more respect, you'll get more respect.

Nobody's account has been hacked. All of the chat rooms being closed is because they're all on the same server. There is no gov't intervention. If they wanted us all shut down this call wouldn't be going on. The servers are down due to a power outage.



The good info is that everything is still on track. Today is the day when things could possibly happen. Yes, the bank people did go in yesterday and early this morning. Bank people who were told if it didn't happen Monday it wouldn't happen until Oct. Well those people were called in yesterday and today. They're trying to push to get it done by Friday.



The rates are still over $23 and $3 as of this morning. The system is still working and things could happen anytime between this afternoon and Friday. An announcement is projected. That's the timeframe we're being given. Bad guys are still being picked up.



I'm waiting for confirmation that there may be a final resolution to the tax rate. Regardless, the majority of you will be audited next year. They brought on 50,000 new tax auditors just to do audits. When you're thinking of your strategies, trusts, LLC's, etc., you better know how those things work. And you need to be involved in those for the next 5 years.



If you fail to be involved you can be audited and fined for back taxes plus penalties. You need to hire pros to handle your tax situation. Make sure you keep up with your monthly reports, filings, etc. You need to be prepared for the long term.



You need to know what's going on - more than just getting a trust, LLC, etc. so it won't look like you're just avoiding taxes.



All of our people are still there. As of this morning everybody is still at the banks. Not much has changed since Monday.





"LIVE" Q&A STARTING NOW (C = Caller / T = Tony)


C - Bernanke is supposed to have a news conference today followed by the POTUS, Kerry, and Jack Lew. Related to the RV?

T - We read the POTUS was supposed to have speeches everyday, but not seeing it. Then we see he's making another speech today. This morning when the POTUS was speaking to the business leaders he said "our deficit has been cut in half since he's been in office." He said that yesterday as well. Not sure where he's getting that from.



C - Iraqi Parliament still going on 5-day break tomorrow? If so, we were told the RV would have to occur first.

T - So far they are still scheduled to start their break tomorrow. Everyday, including today, they're putting their financial people on TV saying their currency must go international. It has to be declared international, then the rates change and the process is completed. That's what they're expecting.



C - How does the debt ceiling debate tie into the RV?

T - I'm hoping from the info we're seeing that this journey is over this week. It's supposed to end this week. The gov't runs out of money on Oct. 1. The POTUS said he didn't want the debt ceiling as part of the debate and the Repubs want Obamacare part of the debate. Are they all going to play that game? I can see where the RV and GCR can be part of that, but I don't think it will get that far. I'm hoping this parts gets completed before they make an announcement about Syria on Friday. That's why everybody is pushing for this to be done.



C - Have you personally seen the Oct 2 memo or just heard about it (related to the public RV of currency)?

T - I've been told by people who are in the training classes who have seen it. They've already been trained and supposedly they're receiving additional training. More new people have been brought in for training.



C - With all the news, meetings, etc. Mtn. Goat saying it won't happen until Oct and that it's in Iraq's hands, is very confusing.

T - They (Iraq) are just as eager to get this done as we are. They wanted to come out with an announcement today (at the end of their national meeting) and if they were in charge it would be done.



C - So who is really holding it up?



T - It's not Iraq, it's not the banking system because that's working. Who is concerned about the ME right now? It's either us or the IMF. There has been an agreement about what military action can or cannot take place via the UN and how that affects the agreement on Friday. There are 2 people that can do this: the IMF which will load the lower rates and the UST which will load the higher rates. They're still using what's happening in the ME as a bargaining chip. They set a date and before that date comes, something new happens. So they're hoping it happens before Friday and before something else happens. Syria, the GCR, etc. are 2 separate issues - but is it really?





C - On a scale of 1-10, how confident are you it will happen this week, this month or this year?

T - I am more confident it will happen this year, absolutely, before the new year. Before the end of the month, very confident. I feel good about today. We are more likely to see it by Friday than by the end of the year. JL is saying all the things we want to hear but we still don't see the RV. At some point people will want to see the numbers to back up what they're saying.



C - So on a scale of 1-10, you'd say 7 for this week,9 for this month and 10 for this year?

T - yes, good numbers.





C - Do you know anything about what people in the UK will do for CE?

T - Have no idea. We think DinarTrade has an office there. You should contact them. DinarUK is also in London.



Q&A BEGINNING NOW:


Q - if the RV doesn't happen this week, is there a back wall?

A - no there is no back wall.



Q - can you describe the money flow thru the WF private placement CE?

A - Don't know. They don't give out those details. The UST is supposed to get 11% for the deal, and another 2% to the person who set it up. If it came out at $28 (based on the contract I received), it would net at $18 to you.



Q - Your thought about Mtn Goat's posts?

A - When I say I like her posts, it doesn't mean I necessarily agree with everything she posts. I like her details, things I cannot post. We're not 100% in agreement. I've only heard from 2 people that thought it wouldn't go until October. We're not waiting on laws, system, codes, etc. It's working and we're only waiting for someone to authorize it to go. Explain to me why it can't happen before Oct. 15 if you're going to put that out there. If you're not going to substantiate it don't put it out there. I'm not saying they're wrong, but it's just your opinion. Tell me why if you know it's not going to happen until January. What's the rationalization and maybe we can all understand it? You may have a piece of the puzzle I'm missing. If you share what you know and why you think it's that way, we can all put the puzzle together. It's not about gurus.



Q - why do some gurus only see the lower rates if they have the same access as you?

A - obviously they don't have the same access. I'm seeing those rates at every level and they all change at the same time.



Q - Is the UST paying for all these "dry runs"?

A - Yes.



Q - Question about taxes, WF CE, etc. (Tony ran about 4 questions together).

A - I don't think the banks will handle the taxes. They haven't been trained to do so. How can they take 11% out of your money? I did hear 9.7% and a new form given to the banks and then given to you to file by yourself - UNCONFIRMED. But that makes more sense than the 11%.



Q - do we need to put long term Capital Gains currency exchange in a separate account?

A - All I know is we're been told to keep the IQD and VND in separate accounts.



Q - Can we put the 50% held back for taxes in an interest-bearing account to make money while we wait on the tax situation to resolve?

A - Yes, why not make money on those funds while you wait.



T - keep in mind that they are trying to rush you into making a mistake. Anytime somebody gives you a deadline, there's a reason for that. Be careful.



Q - what are the ceiling rates?

T - This morning the VND was at $4 and the IQD at $23. I can't give you the ceiling rates. If I do, 2 things will happen: they'll lower it and lesson the days. And you don't want me to do that.



Q - do you advise we CE the IDR first, then the IQD and VND?

A - it depends on how much of any currency you have will determine the deals you can negotiate. With most people the IQD and VND will be negotiable.



Q - I've run out of answers to members of our church who think it's a scam. What can I say to them?

A - Tell them to have faith. Research. Tell them to check out articles and archives for more info to alleviate their fears.



Q - Is Tony using a bank?

A - I have appointments at DinarBanker and banks. I will negotiate the highest rates, perks, etc to get the highest of everything I can out there. I'm not looking at banks that don't do IPOs.



Q - do you have travel reservations made this week?

A - I looked at private planes yesterday. It's $60,000 for private jet travel.



TONY - The info is very simple: we're waiting on it. The bank people are there now. Everybody's looking for it today thru Friday. Over in Iraq it's being announced that the last piece of the process is for the IQD to go international. Then it's all over. We're all waiting on one single thing to happen.

Accountability and Culpability… As a father, a friend, an employer and a group leader, I know all too well the distinction of what l am accountable for and to whom and also what I can be held culpable for in the various roles. Lately it seems as if we have been getting a lot of bad information from individuals who find the need to push their ideas, agendas or personal views. In the end almost nothing stated as fact or opinion has come to pass. It is all still just embroidering or hyperbole.



Here are the facts as I see them – Dinar boards are gathering place for like-minded individuals to congregate, mixed with links to what information providers are posting that it is going to revalue today, based on the information their secret source told them. They should be viewed more as a form of entertainment mixed with some educational facts (I use that term loosely). Just because someone in the dinar community posts it in a room or states something on a conference call does not make it true. Many are just saying exactly the same thing over and over putting it into the vastness of what has become the mirth of dinar speculation. What might be sanguineness to some is just disobliging to another. Many information providers make statements canted towards their audiences.

Personally I cannot stand the shallowness and entitlement some people think they are owed these days. As in my last writing, no one owes anyone anything in this venture. The dinar community needs to become empowered, do your own research and develop your own plan. Stop letting others make decisions for you. These people will not be around to help after the fact; they will be busy enacting their plan. (Don’t believe or do believe, you will see).



There is a whole world of differences in everyone’s thinking, understanding and rational. You should know the distinction as information is put out to you and the development of your long term goals. We are at a point where information providers are currently trying to extirpate one another in an effort to show that only they know the true agenda and timings of it all. Personally, when I do not like what is on a certain providers mind I just turn the page and move on. I assure you what is said today will most likely not prove true. To think the small group of dinarians holding dinar will know factual events, agendas, rates, dates or timings is farcical.



So many are hanging on to hope that is forever being dangled in front of them like a carrot. Remove the blinders folks! Do yourself a favor and put the same amount of effort into the real world as you do chasing the postings of whatever information provider. I can assure you that NO ONE will be left behind. Every last one of us dinar holders wants the same thing…an email and/or an appointment for the exchange.



Life is too short and the world is too large to continually have the same information brow beaten to you by those pushing their points of view. There are many views in this depending upon which provider and train of thought you follow. However more to the point, as a provider of information we must be cognizant that there are times many are at the end of their means and cannot handle the disappointments any longer.



This brings me to why I started writing this, I receive many calls covering various different things related to the dinar, but the one call I pray that none of you ever get are the ones saying someone has taken their life because the information did not come to fruition as stated it would. While we cannot be personally responsible for everyone we do need to be responsible in the delivery of the information and how we disseminate it. So many are hurting like never before and this is due to no fault of their own, it is simple business economics.



We all need to understand that what really makes us great is that we are all different people with diverse views, bonded by our dinar investment. That is all we need care or worry about, so let us just leave the past in the past and come together and understand that no one will know prior to this event the date or rate, only possible windows of opportunity. However, when it does, it will be viral in a matter of seconds and verified factual (by anyone who can dial a phone) in minutes. What is your interim plan? Are you really ready? How will you attain your long term objectives?



Failing to plan is a sure fire plan to fail.

WHAT IS LEFT OF THE GREAT PLAN

It is 4:40 am est on September 5, 2013. All things promised from the land of the Dragon have been accomplished, all things due to them and to all other countries shall be paid in full today. All debts and treaties covered and a lot of richness afloat spreaded through the world.



A mayor US bank announcement should be cast today bringing joy to all, depending on the results in the Southwest if the A, B,and the others are finalized and out and heading towards Dodge. This is what's left of the great plan,this is what is left to be covered, a place in time in which all worldly movements is depended on the acceptance of a certain few.



The news furnished is accurate and in real time, the bank and all its personnel are more than ready, expectant, on standby. The rates are super high in double digits, and the UST is on our side.



Now lets see if the folks in the Southwest are now finally covered. Remember this whole event is part of a PROTOCOL and all protocols have a time stamp a deadline and according to all intel today is that day. There is a lot of pressure on the A, B and the others in the Southwest today for the situation of the whole world is dependent on them entiredly, all bases have been covered gentlemen you have no more excuses.

Dinarmaven Tidbit From TNT Chat

dinarmaven] Guys- Obviously there's a tangible feeling of excitement in the air tonight. The flow of info about our CE continues to come in. I said last night that banks were on HIGH ALERT.



I did say that it was for 24 hours (yesterday) but we are obviously still waiting. What I CAN say is that the activities continue to build. More and more "evidence" is showing itself- it's almost not even a secret any more.



This cat is out of the veritable BAG tonight. That said, I have to remind everyone that no one knows the time. But as of now, the indicators are overwhelming for tonight and this week in general.



I don't know about you, but I'm bringing my phone to bed with me tonight and sticking it under my pillow. I might put my dinar there with a bug-out bag too. :D Also, I mentioned someone last week who is really hurting and needs this to happen (even more than me.) Let’s take that statement and address it to address the topic of our futures!



We are about to embark on a new or at the very least, a different journey … Many of you have some ideas of what you “think” it will look like however have you actually mapped it out, broken it down into bite sized pieces; into goals and practical steps?



What are the things that you “plan” to do in the future? Have you written them out? If not, NOW is the time to do it! “Goals in writing are dreams with deadlines.” – Brian Tracy



If you are uncertain of the exact direction due to some possible variables, at a minimum write it out with each scenario. Things that are not written down and left in the imagination are just a wish…

Its time to move that wish to a goal with attainable steps of action!



We may not be able to get to the end result just yet, but we most assuredly can take the first steps!

Fear of the unknown can sometimes have a paralyzing effect on you… Do NOT let it!



Use that Fear … False Evidence Appearing Real …. to cause you to Face Everything And Rise … if you do not, you might find yourself in the world of Forgetting Everything And Running!!

No one can do that for you, but YOU alone! You are in charge of your own mindset

Your mind and your attitude will guide the rest of your actions. Manipulate your OWN attitude to get the results you want.



In this case, manipulation is a very good thing!



Definition of Manipulate: 1: to treat or operate with or as if with the hands or by mechanical means especially in a skillful manner 2 a: to manage or utilize skillfully



You see, it REALLY is up to YOU to form your attitudes.



If something is going wrong in life, change your attitude first, and see how it WORKS after that!



If it is to be, its up to me ! 6 very powerful words!



Don’t be a victim of your circumstances. In any circumstance we still have options, even if in the very least manner, it is only in regard to our own attitude about that circumstance.

Ok, so now that we have assessed the future, determined we have one, and we have adjusted our attitudes….



Lets look at Goal Setting for a few moments…



WHY is goal setting so vitally important?



Well, Let's look at it this way… If you were planning to go on a trip across the country… would you just head out the door without preparing?



In a fleeting thought you might say sure, I’d like to just be spontaneous and live life on the edge…. BUT even in that you need to have goals and a plan in order to accomplish that… for example, you need to get gas in the car, maybe an oil change, wash the windows



(You DO need to see WHERE you are going) You may need to pack a suitcase… where are you going to? A warm or cold climate?



It’s not enough to just “think” about it, you must PLAN for it. And so it is with LIFE.

Every time you make a decision during the day, ask yourself this question, “Does it take me closer to, or further from my goal.” If the answer is “closer to,” then you’ve made the right decision. --If the answer is “further from,” well, you know what to do.
