AND ORCHESTRATE A DROP IN OIL PRICES TO FURTHER THE ECONOMIC ISSUES TO RUSSIA... SINCE THEY CANNOT MESS WITH CHINA TOO MUCH AND RUSSIA SEEMS TO BE EASIER...
