The Talabani comments are positive ? negative? wmawhite has always said the monetarty RV issues have nothing to do with government , new cabinets , rescuing Abadi from a coupe ( which seems crazy ) for those of us that dont follow every thread at least I am a bit lost

david212: Millionday this is not directed at you. Of course thats clear so they are following what the Iraqis have already accomplished. That took the Iraqi banking system months and months to educate people and put money in accounts.
No I know that the Kurds where not in sync with Baghdad. With electronic systems in place in every governmental area they are ready for commerce but people say it is now an internal national currency. So your saying this is the last functional piece in place to change currency values.
