Each time they have tried to implement them in diff provinces the provinces have refused to do so, becuase it wasn't done everywhere. I can see that maybe there was port tariffs collected on oil, or certain things, but I don't think it is the tariffs we ar looking for.
Yes, I see it is in the budget, but the budget hasn't been implemented yet. I don't even think it's made it's way into the gazette yet. I really want the tariffs to kick into full gear, but I don't think they have yet.

Not sure it it would need to be in the gazette or not to acually implement the tariffs or not. Yes, cookie it all sounds great, and it is all in the budget ready to go, but still I don't think the tariffs have been implemented yet.
